French shocks on EBay

Anyone familiar with or hear anything about these ?

I have heard they were not up to the job for a VMax . Lighter sport bike or cruiser was acceptable.

I queried several people that purchased these from ebay and none of them were satisfied with these shocks. They truly are underrated for the vmax. Save your money for a good set of progressives!

I tried a set on a sport quad front suspension and destroyed them in a weekend. Recently put a set on my wife's Yamaha Radian and they are ok for the bike and her weight.

On a max, these shocks are too soft - they are basically a knockoff shock designed to fit scooters.

As noted, Junk for our weight bikes. But, the Fazer we use them on works just fine. 200lb lighter bike makes a big difference. I looked these up when I got the pair we have and the only info i could find was that they were made for SCOOTERS!

I contacted a seller locally last year who was selling those, he confirmed they're way too soft for a v-max
