front engine mount bracket mod for spin off filter

I have a1990 vmax with a 1997 motor .with the spin off oil filter, I have the 1997 engine mount bracket coming from ebay ,do the header pipes need to come off ???? thank you

how about this , can the old bracket mount be wiggle out , without removing the header pipes ,

I managed it with the pipes on when converting my 1995 to a spin on filter, but it was a big pain and tight fit for me. Lots of wiggling and fidgeting for me but maybe others had better luck or an easier way.
