Unscrew the caps on top of the forks and use a bicycle pump to add between 7 and 14 lbs. of air.
 
Also add Race-tech straight-rate springs, Progressive Suspension progressive-rate springs, new tapered steering head bearings, a fork brace, upgrade the 1985-1992 40 mm front end to the 1993+ 43 mm front end, which allows use of 100 mm o.c. Yamaha R1 calipers, and then you have all-sorts of brake upgrades: HH pads, stainless steel braided lines, 6 piston FZR calipers, radial master cylinders... or spend $$$ and get an USD fork swap.
