Not the prettiest Kerker in the universe, but it has potential. I had planned on keeping it and having it ceramic coated, but I like the Dale Walker Holeshot too much. So away it goes.

Needs to be refinished, has a pretty good bash on one pipe on the bottom, and the can has a pretty good gouge. The can could be rotated so that the dent/gouge doesn’t show. With that and a refinish, you could have what is arguably the best sounding pipe for a GEN one Vmax for less than half the cost of a new one. As a point of reference, my local ceramic coater would do the head pipes and midpipe for $175. (I asked).

$350 plus PayPal fees and shipping

There’s no holes or punctures? Does it come with all the hardware?

No holes, no punctures. Just has that bash in the pic above on the bottom pipe. I don't think I've ever seen one that didn't get hit on the low pipes. And the scratches on the can, also shown. Other than the need for refinishing, that's it.

Refinishing could even be good header paint. I ran my '94 with black header paint for a few years before I sourced another (pricey) pipe for it. Here's the only shot I have available of that bike showing the head pipes at the moment.

I apologize, but circumstances have changed a bit since I posted this for sale. I have acquired a Gen1 that has real potential and may get this exhaust after ceramic coating. For now, I'll leave this posting "semi-active" until that final determination has been made.

But, at the moment, the Kerker is off the market.

Ah, I was just gonna post a link to your ad for our new member (Johnnymax) who may-have the dreaded 4-into-4 we love to-hate.

COBRA-KAI!

Weeellll. I haven't really decided yet, but I suspect I will end up keeping the thing. As noted, things have changed.

(At least Johnnymax will "look" good in the interim).
