Fuel Pumps on Ebay

So I start the bike yesterday and I make it a block before I run out of gas.
Fuel pump turns on 6 or so seconds and I open all 4 drains and there is gas in each one. Bike will not run and any choke or throttle kills it. Push it home and take the seat off and when I hit the starter button I hear what sounds like a short in the fuel pump. I remember someone hear posting a new one on Ebay for a good price so I look in my Ebay watch list and there it is for $29.97.
I buy it and get a letter instantly saying thank you for your purchase your item has just been shipped. I open Ebay this morning and this is what I find.
