fzx rear shocks

hello

has anyone has some feedback on using the fzx (fournales type) shocks on the vmax?
i have seen some pics on the net but was interested on the performance level compared to the vmax stock units.
i know fzx ones are more tech advanced but the weight from the bikes are different...
mines are ok and i usually ride them easy but...you know:whistlin:

They are shorter and softer. Used them many years ago for cheap lowering shocks. They didn't last long before the seals gave out.

i dont mind lowering the bike,but what about performance?
wont they were suposed to last longer than convencional shocks?

What Sean said. Fzx its a lighter bike. You can ask also Ricardo Damazio (torquezilla) as he used them On his max for a while
