Does anyone know where or how to do scoop lights for a Gen 1?

there is german company that has some scoop grills that have lights in them, I think the intent is for turn signals

They've definitely done a Gen 2 based upon that thread so I see no reason they couldn't do a Gen 1 if you can't find them elsewhere.
