Gen 2 wheel remake?

I have a gen 2 swing arm and wheel on my vmax 1200, the wheel is currently offset by 1/2..anyone know someone who can modify my back wheel to have an offset or a place that can make me an identical wheel but have an offset

You may be able to modify the frame by grinding on the location on the left side to allow the arm to shift left more. You won't get 1/2" but you can maybe get 1/4" anyway
