I have a brand new under cowl/belly pan from moto-works.jp. Pls msg me if you are interested. Comes with the hardware and instructions. Fiber glass heavy-duty construction (not cheap plastic), custom made for the Gen2. Painted black (as shown). 400$ + whatever shipping costs to get it to you (USPS). The installed pic is from another belly pan (same model).
Box dimensions are 47" x 16" x 8". Weight 8lbs. Shipping zip: 48098, if you want to look up shipping.

Almost everything Magical Racing makes is produced to order...I've got a ton of their stuff for my various bikes and it's always taken a while but their stuff, especially the carbon fiber, is so nice.

You can also e-mail Webike about it and ask as they're pretty good about letting you order odd things. I had a set of Gen2 Hayabusa panels in carbon fiber from Magical that took 19 months after my ordering them to actually get them.
