Should I paint it with magic powder?
I painted 1 glowing bike so far.

if it takes all that light to make it glow i t might be a waste of time. i dunno

Should be fine on a sunny day.

Can you draw a smiley face on the tank with a small high power torch?

Strikes me that someone has invented a process that doesn't have any practical use.

It looks (IMO) boring during daylight hours and you would need to park up in a dark place to see the effect.
Once you have seen it a few times then what?

Perhaps it is intended for those with small appendages that need something to brag about?

Strikes me that someone has invented a process that doesn't have any practical use.

Vmax is a bike to brag about, glowing or not. Glowing bike is definitely something to brag about, not sure if it is increasing any body parts... I'll let you know! ;)
