Headlight flicker

Hello everyone,

here is the situation I have on my Vmax:
1. When engine is off, headlight and rear light dims when turn signals are lighted
2. When engine is off, headlight and rear light dims when front or rear brake is applied.
3. When engine is on idle, headlight and rear light dims every ~2 seconds (continuous rhythm).

I have a new Odyssey battery and it gives:
1. 12.83V when all is off
2. 12.36V when engine is off and head/tail light are on.
3. 14.2V when engine is at 3000rpm

Any ideas what to check?

Once you have cleaned all of the earths you still have the problem then checking the charging rate may be required.
