Help, need to find a part somewhere

So I'm fixing my buddies 88 vmax 1200 and long story short. A replacement clutch slave turned into a busted middle driven gear. The threaded portion that connects to the final drive yoke completely snapped. See photos. Where can I get another one of these? I circled it in the parts diagram.

I looked for it new at Ron Ayres Yamaha and it's an obsolete part, not available.

I have them but simply drill through it all and put the u-joint on with a bolt instead of a nut on the stud.
