Last couple rides were very stable compared to previously.

The 2 recent changes were:
1. Added the handlebar cross brace
2. Tightened the steering head bearings a little more.

Ordered a new set of bars yesterday. They look solid. I think that's a factor in my wobble... maybe.
Here's a picture:

I'll still change the swingarm bearings sometime.

HANDLEBARS

Well, I hesitate to say this is the cause for sure. I still have not changed the swingarm bearings yet. But the seriousness of the wobble has not returned after riding with the handlebars braced. I just replaced the bars with the new ones pictured in the post above. They are more narrow, so I lost some steering leverage. If the wobble returns as bad as it was, I don't think I could control it and end up in the hospital or in the ground. For now, it's very stable. I think a big part of the problem was me "flicking" the weak bars while operating the throttle and clutch at extremes quickly. I believe that could have created a resonant wobble between the bars and front tire. I still don't trust it, though. :confused2:

Here are some pictures of the new ones mounted.
I'd like to route my throttle cables in front of the fork now.
