In UK when a vehicle is damaged, it is assigned a category, the worst of which means it cannot be legally put back on the road but scrapped or broken for spares.

I'm not expert enough to have spotted the frame damage but it looks really bad, seller is saying damage is unrecorded and it could be back on the road, hmmmm I don't think so.

I'm sure there have been fatalities with hardly a scratch to the bike, and vice versa, let's hope it is the latter.

OMG, the key in the ignition is still-on! He's gonna run-down the battery!

On the positive side, looks-like the case-savers worked. And from the position of the front wheel/tire, the front exhaust pipes and the rear ones are still-good.
