I've been out of the Vmax loop since 01. My last holeshot was a 4 into 1.


The new set up is 4 into 2 naturally....


are these slip ons or a full exhaust? Can an eagle eye tell?

Is there a cross over pipe underneath between the front headers? If so, those are stock and you have slip ons. If not, you have a full system.

Yep, slip-ons. On a side note. I have 2 of the hindle/holeshot 4-1 headers remaining. They are both damaged but we are going to repair them to be good again. We can (or will) coat them to look like new.

Not sure how much I will be selling these for, but keep in mind they were rumored to be the strongest HP headers made.

thanks folks. I think they may be slip ons. Personally, the sound of my old 4 into 1 was awesome. I may look for another 4 into 1 set up and ditch these if I go through with the bike purchase.

Yes, it was easy to see for those who have had experience with them. They are a decent made set and sound OK for slip-ons but they are still slip-ons none the less. I do still have the 4-1's if you decide you want one again.
