Watching Allen Millyard caning that oddball 2 stroke inline-4 through the rural roads made me flashback to the opening scene of Lawrence of Arabia when Peter O'Toole was doing the same to his sequentially-named Brough Superior.

It was a pleasure to watch the understated Mr. Millyard appreciate and care-for the wildlife coming to visit, along with the Martha Stewart-style recipe for fruitcake, all done while doing some maintenance, with handy tips for making abused/neglected carbs better.

Things I took away from that.
1. The mention of JIS screwdriver (twice)
2. Removing the overflow tube: I would have heated the body to make it easier for it to be tapped in, but most probably have made a slot in a flat piece of metal to avoid removing it in the first place.
3. Alan came off the throttle when overtaking the cyclist (shows he is thoughtful of other road users)
4. 70mph is at 12 o'clock position, at no point did he appear to exceed the speeds limit.
