I'm looking for the best "gap"results for a stock vmax.
Any help is much appreciated.
It should be the stock gap.....which I believe is .032, and if your running COPS, it should be the same at regular plugs .026.
It is these ones
NGK Iridium IX Spark Plugs - Stock #2202 - DPR8EIX-9 -
The arrive today and cops arrive tomorrow.
My stock ngk's are at 35- is that right?
Manual recommends .8 - .9mm (roughly .032 to .035")
35 is working right now, thanks.
I will have to find the thread though, but Dave DIDNT regap his plugs, and wound up with a loss in mileage.
EDIT** here is the thread.
I've read & always been told NEVER re-gap Iridium plugs! You run the risk of removing the Iridium coating.
