Is my flywheel normal ??

Besides the dirt and rust on flywheel, I have a gap between inner circle of magnets. This came off a 85 Vmax which had an engine failure. Is this normal ?

Is it me or your magnet screen is missing?

Normally flywheel comes with screen on the magnets.

They do but we've seen them without the inner shield (screen) and be just fine. I don't see much there i'd worry about.

Mine doesn't have the cover over the magnets and it works just fine.

For what it's worth, it strongly resembles my 88 Venture 1300 flywheel.
