Is my Kerker broken?

The rear 2 collectors pipes look broke off and separated but It looks it was welded? Is that the case? If I welded it would I be able to reinstall it? Lmk if anybody know. Idk much about this exhaust becides they are basically the best and sound wicked lol.

I am not a great welder, but I'd install it and tack it together securely before finish-welding it. That system looks like it's had a full-life. Ig you want to continue to use it, evaluate it for structural integrity throughout. Patch it together, media blast it, and get it coated somehow, Jet Hot is a good treatment.
 
The rear down tubes slip fit into the joints at the rear. So, no welded on part there. BUT, sometimes the sleeve of the slip area rusts to the removable pipe part which would require removing from the pipe and welding back on the main part of the system.
