Happy riding to all....

Thanks Zack! Our members and new prospects have been inquiring this type of membership for sometime now and after thorough planning we were finally able to make this happen.

The VMOA has realized over the years that our membership process has been very lagged and needed to be revamped.

I am proud to announce that as of this past week, the VMOA has recently changed the way it handles it membership and they are now turning over new memberships/renewals very promptly, such as same day.

We are working on a fully automated process, but in the interim all is expedited very quickly with minimum delay.

We thank everyone for their patience over the years and now you can reap the benefit and no more frustrations with our membership process.

If you have any questions, please feel free to address them to [email protected].

Thanks for your patronage,

VMOA Membership

Great news mike. i hope this kicks the membership up a notch.

peace,
evan...

Excellant work Mike and the rest of the VMOA leadership on this enrollment system. I just renewed using the updated process and it was seamless. I received quick feedback that my renewal had been successfully completed.
Good on ya gentlemen! :punk::thumbs up:

Just to let everyone know our membership director, Michael Sayers, has resigned as of a few days ago. I have been working on this automation process which is near completion. At this time, as Brian aka Redbone has noted, memberships will be processed very promptly without lag. We know that 80% of the complaints against the VMOA were about the membership process. This all has now been corrected and with this new tiered membership level makes it all the more better.

Take a moment and read more about this new tiered membership process:

All current members can take advantage of this too:

Thanks everyone for your patronage and ride safe,

Mike

As a follow up to the membership processing procedures, ALL new/renewals memberships are being processed within 24 hours. So far we have over 15 memberships processed in the past week or so. The website has added many new features with dynamic updating pages for member info and submissions. Things are running very smooth with very little overhead these days.

If you're one of the ones who renewed recently, since 9/16/12, feel free to share your experience with the joining/renewal process.

Thanks everyone for your support,

Mike

Mike,

thought I would pass this along. I renewed my membership again (full member) as I have done year after year (for many years). Process went smoothly and you're reply was very quick back. I don't have any plans to get out of the VMOA anytime soon. I do understand from some that you can get similar discounts from other places but not from me. I have VMOA specific discounts that only members will ever get (though I always try to keep my pricing competitive for having parts on hand).

Also, the VMOA is where I have met many of you and without them may not be where I am right now.

I do love this website too and will continue to support all of you as best I can!

Sean
