does anybody know if i can connect the fuel meter of my koso speedo, to my v-max.

I have a the same speedo.
Works like a champ.
As for the fuel sensor.
You will need to fabricate Your own sensor.
I've done it with my bigger gas tank and with cbr 600 fuel pump.
That pump have a bulit in fuel sensor.
Alrough I got back to my stock tank couse I was having some problems.
Most defo I will back to this project at winter.
Its gonna be completly new tank from fiber glass.
You can use whatever fuel sensor You will able to find but with specs to the koso speedo(100 Ohm or 510 Ohm) even one from scooter.
I think Fargo/Ragingmain use to play with fuel sensot so time ago.
