low vac on #1 carb

i have low vac on #1 carb snyc the left side got to the right side and #1 carb has low vac i have turned both adjustment screws on the right side and the back carb on the right side vac moves i need help[ its a2003 i got in feb 2012 so im new
 
when its idleing if you take the airbox off does all the slides move relatively the same amount? is that cylinder fireing correctly?
 
yes on the slides not sure about firing going to check comp. and firing tomm.
can a intake leak make the vac on that carb low

Yes. Boots are common places for leak too. They look ok, but cracks are hard to see. I've seen them leak under the clamps. Prob. from over tightening.

i found a leak in the right front carb rubber boot that gave a low vac reading
i'm all snyced up
thank everyone
 
good job.....might wanna look at the othre three and replace them all if ones already cracked
