without my engine on the bike , is it possible to have power on the wire harness ? ? i want to check all the my stuff again (hid light , led blinkers ) as everything was uninstall due to the restoration. Of course i Have a battery.

Yes, you will need to run the ground wire that normally runs to the block over to the frame so that there isn't too much load on the tiny ground wire going up to the bracket that the pump is bolted to.

Probably want to tape things like your starter cable ring lug just in case.
