can anybody i.d. these mirrors? the tall/long one is on both of the 85's so i believe they are correct.
the short mirror is on the 03' parts bike and i only have 1 and I would like 2. I believe it is also stock.

85'. and 03' share the same part number. Does anybody else have these short mirrors?B4520F02-B70F-4C3E-AC6F-4FC234CA188F.jpegB0235916-0239-416F-980A-6FF5475DC2E1.jpeg

EDIT: Just spotted the difference. Mine's an 07 and look just like the bottom ones.

Have you taken the short ones off? Wondering if someone may have cut them then re-flared it.

i thought of that. the bend is in a different spot and it hasn't been heated and the chrome isn't cracked and there are no signs of any modification.

I am guessing they are from a different bike.

Got it.

They're just a different Yamaha mirror.

I was looking for any Yamaha Mirror and started with the 85 lineup. They almost all used the same type mirror. This part number:

So then I searched for a Yamaha Short Shaft Mirror and came up with a different Yamaha part number:

4NK-26280-0000

And that one is used on a lot of models from 85 to 2011. Probably more.

Here's an Ebay add for one:

I just found a similar mirror on a 99 v-star midnight.

emgo had measurements. Ordered a left oem to match from a dismantler.

less wind resistance...waaay faster.
