Mods required for exhaust swap?

Hey there!

I was out at our dealership the other day and I got to hear the vmax with one of the first UFO pipes they made, its was a 4 into 1. And my god, that sound. Obnoxiously loud, but terrifyingly fierce. This lead me on a hunt to find a 4-1 exhaust system and I came up with the Brock one. First, ouch my wallet. But I was wondering with getting an exhaust like that put on.... Do you need to get a power commander? How about the ECU reflash? I'm told the reflash makes a world of difference but is it really necessary?

Tim Nash does a great flash and yes you need to flash if exhaust ans cat are replced not sure about power commander Check out Guredgear.com I think the spelling is right ..

You can get the exhaust from Tim also and have it flashed for the 4-1 from him also.

Thanks for the information on this! I'ma look into it more next summer I think. These exhaust systems all said and done can be abit pricey!
