Take pics, it will help going back together. Have you read the 'how-to' threads on this? I do it using a big floor jack, without any help. Bag and label your fasteners. I use wide masking tape, a black Sharpie pen, and heavy-duty freezer bags in quart and gallon sizes. Get a big snap-top plastic tub to hold the pieces.
 
I do have a sheet with removal instructions. Takes about an hour if i'm in a real hurry. Usually a few hours.
 
My MOP:
Put the bike on centerstand. Run strap from front wheel to bottom of C/S just to CYA.
Drain the coolant.
Disconnect - battery terminal.
Disconnect fuel pump.
Remove air box
Remove carbs.
Stuff rags in intake tubes
Remove side cover w/vmax emblem. Unplug RR and stator. Remove wiring from frame rail.
Disconnect rad hoses from motor. Remove radiator. (can leave in place if you let it lean forward but, I remove)
Remove exhaust system
Remove shocks, rear wheel, final drive, drive shaft, swingarm.
Remove output shaft.
Put a short piece of 2x10 lumber on a floor jack, put it under the oil pan, start removing the motor mount bolts and removable side of the frame.
The motor will wiggle right with this setup.
