I finally finished my tank cover to match Sean's G2 designed muscle seat. Thought I'd post a couple of pics here to show off Sean's awesome seat and the matching tank cover. Thanks Sean...you make a great seat!

It's the new pattern we came up with. A little more expensive but the looks are more modern.

Sean what would be the price on a drivers (2 pc)? with gray stitching and VMAX stiched logo? I have a good core.

Steve

Most generally go for the set so all the material matches. We can do just the front and flip if desired.
$140 Front Seat - All Smooth Black
$60 Flip Section
$30 Outline Stitch Logo
$20 Two Tone Carbon/Smooth Material Mix

Our website also has pricing for other options and complete sets.

all 3 would make sense.... hmmm Im getting the bike back in a week or 2 from the shop. Had the 25k mile overhaul done plus.....

If i have any $$$ left I want that Muscle seat!!

be in touch

For those that don't get to see the facebook updates heres one you may like we just completed.

Sean

I had Sean make a seat for me which is as comfortable and good looking back in 2008. It still looks great.
Here are the 2008 pics:

In 2010 I found after riding 300 + miles my butt/ tailbone area would get a little sore after about 60 or so milesafter a gas stop and since a lot of my riding was to locations 500+ miles away made it a issue for me. I contacted Sean and told him what was happening and he asked me to send it back. I received it back to see where he had cut it down a little more flatter. The first time I sat on it I seemed to sit a little lower but the pressure was spread out more to the sides of the seat. I tried it out by riding to Thunder in '11 which is 850 miles one way and I had no issues with soreness at all. I put in a 600 miles day on the way back and still nothing but comfort from Sean's Muscle seat.
One from 2010 after Sean cut the seat down to a flatter profile:

Here is how it looked this past summer, still looking good after 5 years!

Love Love my muscle seat I have the gen 2 design its like sitting on a lazy boy. Now I seen this red /blk design I wish I had done that in orange for my bike .

Mine too is all black and very well made. Sean stands behind his work 100%. Great job and well worth the money.

Here's the official Seat Thread. Post pics of your Muscle Seats installed. Ask Questions and Have fun.

Basic info to start:

Typical turnaround (when I have the cores on hand) is 3-6 weeks to build a seat set. Most of the time I have good cores on hand to build the seats up then ship to the customer prior to them sending the seat back to me. Sometimes all my cores are in use so we either have to wait until the current cycle is done or have the customer send in their seat for the work.

Seat Work Pricing is:

$260 for all three done in all black material (some other colors available too). This would include reshaping the drivers seat as well as recovering it and the other sections.

ADD:
$40 for reshaped passenger seat
$40 for backrest pad
$30 for two toned carbon fiber and smooth black material
$30 for "VMAX" outlined raised logo sewn into the flip door
$60 for "Vmax" silkscreened Logo (also raised and outlined)
$40 for flaming sewn into the seat.
$60 for Gen 2 Pattern (mix of carbon and smooth) - Not including the logo

No Charge:
Any Color Stitch Material - Red seems to be very popular though most simply just use black.

Pics of the Seats here - followed by pics on bikes.

Sean
Sean,

How much do you cut down the seats? I'm slight of stature (a towering 5'4"). My Corbin saddle is lower, but it's also wider, so the benefit of the lower Cobin is cancelled out. I may be interested in the seat pictured below minus the yellow on the top, with the two toned carbon fiber and smooth black material (I really like the V-Max logo).

Look for a new pic soon! We're redoing a Corbin right now with the Yellow/Black setup. Email me a picture and price request if you don't see me post here. We should have this current setup done mid week next week.
