I raced R/C cars 20 some odd years ago and decided to get a new Traxxas Stampede VXL. What a hoot!

Traxxas has an electric Corvette that goes 100 mph
actual speed, not scale speeds.. My ERevo buggy was a brushless high power Lipo batteries that did just under 70. Too fast for my neighborhood. It had to go. Got Emaxx and Tmaxx now.

I'm pretty heavily into RCs mostly helicopters and 3d airplanes but I have a JATO for running around on the ground. Enjoy the hell out of it. shifting into second gear at 50mph and watching the rear wheels break loose is pretty cool. Got a 1/5th size truggy last weekend i'm still putting together.

I too do RC's with my boy. We have a Traxxas Raptor F-150 and Traxxas Slash Ultimate. Used to have the E-Revo brushless.....can you say nasty power!!!! Also I have had T-REX helis too.....

I'd do electric anyday over nitro motors. Must faster and reliable for sure.....
