One carb slide not moving

Hi all, so I have a problem carb where the slide isn't moving, I checked the rubber at the top where the spring is tensioned and haven't found any holes or issues, but the other three respond to the throttle without issue and this one does not move. I made sure it wasn't just bound up by lubing it with a little of our old friend wd, and she slides freely now, but still doesn't move at all when I give the max the throttle. Maybe I'm missing a vacuum hose somewhere? Thoughts?

You might want to see if that cylinder has compression.

Have you tried swapping the slides over which will indicate if it is the slide (if the problem moves) or some other issue if it doesn't.

When you push that slide in does it spring back?

just take an air blower gun hold it back about a foot and gently blow in the slot at the top of the back of the carb body(without the motor running) and the slide should move up and down

if it doesn't then makeSURE the dia is fitted in the groove under the cap

Well, mystery solved, there was a crack in the slide, ordered a new one, will update when I install it this week, I'm betting that fixes it though.
