I would just take the best parts that i need and refinish/restore them.

then part out the rest..........

Good price on the frame.
As for the engine, How was it stored? I'd be worried about transmission issues and the fact I couldn't hear/see it run. I'd argue that point and try and get a few more $ off the price.

Make sure there's a good title on the frame. Engine, I agree with KJ...
