Hi, I want to paint my 85 as the last model, the 2006, I know that painting used for the chassis, engine and other things painted gloss black, thank you very much.

Here is a site that you can get the colour spec's for the year.

BTW, 2007 was the last year of the Gen 1, although the colour scheme was the same for 06 & 07.

The colorrite site will at least give you the codes. The last year (2007) was a satin black on most parts. The flame paint on the faux tank was actually a sticker and will be nearly impossible to duplicate. Would be better to paint real flames or find a used tank. We can do a lot of the painting if you were interested. Getting the job done will be a big task though and i'd powdercoat parts like the frame and misc if you could.
