I am posting these so that people can see what the PCW pro oiler is. I have seen a few questions asked on this so I figured I would share while my engine is apart. I would get the oil pump kit from Morleys Muscle, and I think the PCW pro oiler manifold is the way to go.

The manifold, modified, is a great idea. It bolts down tight with one of the "main cap" bolts instead of relying on that stupid ass rubber grommet to push it up. Plus no orings so no oil loss.

I did the Morley HD oil pump. That PCW manifold is a good idea especially since you have it all apart. I don't think I would want to do it from under the bike though. Thanks for posting pics.

Welding all the slip joints makes sense. I inspected mine with a bore scope before running this year. Next time the pans down, I might go this route.

How about the small line running back to the bolt (trans)? According to PCW he says to crimp that part way closed and reduce the oil getting there.

I know on mine he did not do that. When I talk to him next though I will try to remember to ask him about that.
