Well guys here is the pics of the post Max life. Honestly
I've never been a V-twin guy so I'm going through
withdrawl.
1st impressions - Its big and heavy
2nd impression - It's slow

Honestly I like the bike, especially on the highway, floats
down the road at 80 mph. the wife loves it.
( hiding in the background pic 2 ) It's a torquey
mother but I'm allready looking for a K&N filter assembly
to compliment the Cobra exhaust. Hate the popping these
pipes make but in the process of removing the AIS to stop
it. The Harley brethern love it though, been complimented
numerous times even invited to a bbq. Was told congrats
by one guy like I'd finally seen the light. Really strange .
Anyway here she goes,

Oh, did I mention she's big and slow :rofl_200:
Regards,
Chris

The wife looks like she's in tears sitting on the rock, are you sure she's not having second thoughts about the Max??:biglaugh:

I've got an XV1100 motor in my chopper, there's a fix for the AIS which you're obviously aware of. I made the bits myself to fix it. There's also a couple of really good websites with all the info about them, motor etc.

hmmm it looks Big......
and it looks slow.... lol I think you might of mentioned it. Be prepared to blend in. Any how happy biking.

Nice looking bike!!!!!:clapping:

It's gotta be WAY better for the long haul and riding 2up....:punk:

I don't understand the HUGE belt guards though.....All the belt drive bikes seem to have massive guarding around the area between the pulleys....
Even more than the chain drive bikes....

Much better ride for 2-up cruising, man. Picked up a Royal Star and the wife couldn't be happier...kept the VMax too, and I couldn't be happier. Maybe you could sneak another Max back into the garage when the wife isn't looking?
