I always sit and think of the things I let go years ago and would love to have kept...one really comes to mind was my '67 SS Camaro, 350, 4-speed Muncie, hideaways...gone but certainly not forgotten, I use to have a blast in that car back in the 70's...
If it had Hideaway headlamps then I believe it was a Super Sport\Rally Sport. One of my friends in high school in the 60s had that car it was a convertible, white with a blue interior. It had the Bumblebee stripe around the nose and it was gorgeous. '67 was the first year of the 350 engine for Chevrolet in the Camaro.

That last one the tan car looks like a late forties Ford Anglia Coupe. Gasser Wars! That's the kind of performance car that I love for its nostalgic value

I'll have the black '63 409 Impala, please. What a car. Dual quad, 4 speed M22, I suspect. The legendary rock crusher.

I have a Muncie in my old farm truck, but it's an M20. Might as well be a 3 speed as granny-low 1st is only good for pulling stumps...

Nice to see people pick out the plain Jane bad ass cars of the early era like the 396 nova with dog dish hub caps in the pictures

Back then, if I saw a car like that, I'd expect I was looking at an undercover cop car.

With the exception of something like that having a 427 instead of a 396, I'd expect it to be a Bill 'Grumpy' Jenkins COPO Chevy Nova for drag-racing. I think the body changed in '68 on the Novas, I think it wasn't until then that you could expect to find a 396 in a Chevy II unless you were a professional drag racer. By then, they dropped the 'Chevy II' name, it was just the Chevy Nova. A guy I worked with had a ~'69-'70 Nova w/a 396 in it, from the factory. This would have been about 1971.
