Haven't contacted the guy although tempting. Most likely no title. HARD to make out the VIN. Last four looked like 0235.

#135th, it appears, of the 1986 model year. They start at 101. I have a very early 1986 model which I think is a higher #, will have to check the label, which I think is also an Oct. build.

Doesn't the label reflect the market for which it was manufactured?

I wouldn't buy it without a title, too-many issues there, you need legal title to possess the chassis/parts. Anyone who's thinking of purchasing it should run the VIN through their state DMV or a local law-enforcement agency & the NCIC (National Crime Information Center).

A lot in 85! I've seen vin's into the 5000's for the U.S. production numbers.
