Questio for mr morley

I run my max on the track and have a stock motor with KN stock replace and 4 into 1 header. My best is low 11s Thinking about chain drive Have been beat quite badly by a silver one in my town What is your opinion and what ET could my stock motor achieve?

Find your slips and get me the times you have on it. Looking for 60' time and quarter mile et and trap speed. Chain drive will let more power get to the ground and less "climb" up the gears (which means a little less wheelie problem). I would say maybe 2-3 tenths up to a half second could be gained (depends on how fast you are already - the faster you are the less difference there will be with a stock engine).
