Quick tool to torque down the clutch nut.

Hey guys, thought I would share this idea with you all. I'm a stickler when it comes to torqueing things to spec.. I drilled a whole between a metal clutch disc, and a old friction disk. Then put a nut and bolt. Put the bike in gear and also used my hand to hold the basket while I torque the 30 mm bolt to spec. Hopes this helps someone.

I've given that a "like", and trust me, those are rare.

I wonder if one could use 2 smaller bolts and then reuse the plates, would the holes make a difference and/or cause problems ?

Like a ported brake rotor!? Could work.. I'd definitely buy a new friction and steel though.. I had a smoked steel and bad friction that I used. I thought I would need two bolts but one was plenty.
