Can rad fluid leak from a sealed cap if the cap is bad? I'm noticing drops of rad fluid on engine below right scoop area but on inspection i see no drops around hose connections under right scoop. Also reserve tank is now at low point.

Check the valve under the radiator. Mine leaks there every now and again due to the o-ring passing. Only leaks half a teaspoon or so every now and again. Going to replace mine this winter.

Feel around fan switch and temp sender on the bottom of the manifold.

Yes it was leaking from there before but has been sealed..it's possible the leak is coming from behind that area since i can't see it..but again i don't see any obvious drops from that area..maybe i'm due for a new manifold though

Take the scoops off.
Start the bike.
Let it idle until it gets hot (it will).
Check for leaks. (you'll find them).

Also check AFTER you turn it off as the coolant gets hotter after the engine stops because coolant stops circulating around the hotter engine parts. This causes internal pressure to rise and so stressed seals will leak then.

Tell us what you find.
