Rear Caliper off Center

Have a 98 and the rear brake squeals.
Bought some pads as they are cheap and took it apart.
PO had 2 washers on the bolts between the caliper and the mounting points that shift the caliper seam toward the middle of the rotor, still needs another washer to get it centered. What is going on? wrong caliper?

Take some pictures clear only 1 pictures real clear....

I'm thinking maybe the caliper hold is out of aline.

Sorry, my photography is on a par with my mechanical ability. Tried again with a real camera.

If you look at my pictures and look at yours is there some space on the shaft like the tire could be move over some.

I have a washer on mind look at the picture rear good brake caliper mount swing arms that's missing on yours it looks like.

No washer on yours - on the axle between the brake caliper holder and swing arm. also make sure your axle is not loose when putting the washer back on.

Also my axle sticks out just a little longer than your to. just a little

I think the PO put the washer on the inside of the caliper bracket instead of on the outside,
