Rear shock rebuild?

I've noticed that my rear shock has leaked out the oil for dampening. Does anyone know anything about rebuilding it?

Gen 1 or gen 2? We are going to be looking at one closely to see if my suspension guy can rebuild the shock on the gen 2 (we think he can).

Gen 2. Everything I come up with seems to lean towards it not being rebuildable. It has to come apart somehow unless it's magically made in one shot. I will be disassembling mine and attempting to rebuild it.

We have one on the way we're going to look at for the customer. Many OEM shocks are not rebuildable but we do think these may allow for some rebuilding anyway.

I'm interested in this also, I have a blown one sitting on the shelf.
When mine went, I got a good preowned one from Sean.
Never gotaround to finding someone to rebuild it.
