Ride Today With My Friend and My Old FJ 1200

Took a short ride today with my buddy and the FJ 1200 I sold to him recently. It was strange, since I owned the FJ so long. I led the way, and when we returned to my house, my friend said, "MAN that thing sounds wicked!!! You seem happy with your V-Max" Yeah, I sure am.

No too cold, and the roads were dry. Good ride. Nice to see the old FJ in good hands.

Wish I could see my old first 85' vmax but I was told when this guy came to buy it that it was going to be ship overseas .

FJ's were great bikes in their day. I never owned one but rode a friends many times. He had an 1100 and two 1200's (still has one).

Just saw this one for sale locally yesterday....looks pretty nice.
