97 vmax 24k seems like all the rotor bolts i find on ebay are used. jp cylcles seems to have new bolts but got to check tomorow for aplication. any long time vmax owners reuse their rotor bolts? or go by the book and replace with new bolts ? if so where did you find them ? Im replacing the rear rotor.

You can get new easily enough. I have used as well as new low head chrome allens ($50 for the set of 18). Email me at [email protected] if interested.

Is there any difference between the front and rear bolts?
These seemed like a reasonable deal if the math works out right lol

I though the front and rear bolts were the same...could be wrong....
Here is their full lineup from MotoStore Direct for both front and rear Vmax rotor fasteners:

This is what I used for my Carrozzeria wheels and aftermarket Chinese rotors:
Head Height 5mm Thread Pitch 1.25mm Thread Length 15mm

Since cash it a little tight right now, last week I removed each rotor bolt. One disk at a time. Didn't want to move the rotor and pistons, once the last bolt was removed. Brought down my cordless Dremel Tool with a ScotchBrite wheel and buffed up all my bolts (taking surface rust off), then clear coating them (placing a foam plug in the hex head to keep the clear out). Replaced everything after drying for a few hours. They may not be new, but then again, neither is my bike LOL..
