Seat attachment bolt stripped

Has anyone else had a problem with the seat attachment bolts? I went to take my seat off and one bolt just spins, like the capture nut on the bottom broke free

If memory serves well (or not) I had the same issue. As far as I can recall there isn't a captive nut but it is threaded into the frame (?).
I used a helicoil to reinstate the thread.

To get the old bolt out grab with some pliers ore better still a self locking wrench and pull on the bolt as you twist.
