Share your Fun Ride Ideas!

Ok guys I'm looking for some input on what would make for a good ride.
Randy Bullard asked if I'd help put together a ride for Bike Week in Daytona this year, because I live closer to Daytona than he does and Walt Bishop has stepped down as Southeast Rep.
So I would like to know what are some of the things that make rides fun for you. Weather it be seeing a famous site, or just good scenery. Or maybe your like me and you like a little something fun like a poker run or scavenger hunt or something like that.
I am just looking for some thougths on the subject, I haven't started anything yet but would like to hear some input.
So if you've done something that you thought was fun on a ride, I'd love to hear it.

I prefer just going for a ride without making it a poker run and checking out areas you wouldn't usually see if you went to Daytona.
