I suspect Florida since he says, "FL title." Could be someplace-else. But, it's sportin' a good-until 2022 FL tag and registration. Since Florida is a L-O-N-G state, there is a lotta-territory, 540 mi from the east coast city of Fernandina Beach to Key West.
