If anyone has their engine apart and can measure a few things for me it would be greatly appreciated.
1. cam duration {stock}
2. intake and exhaust lift
3. cylinder head port lenth from valve seat to flange of cylinder head, intake and exhaust.
4. Minium cross section of intake and exhaust port
Thanks, Joey

Most were posted somewhere on the forum and some are in the manual but what I recall:
1: search forum
2:

camsg.jpg

3: approx 70mm straight line
4 :40mm x 30mm is the intake hole size, minimum c.s. would be the size of valve.
5 Approx 32mm.

Don't know any of the rest but Megacycle has the stock cam specs on thier website. Don't know if it is as detailed as you are looking for tho'

I also need to know the lobe separation angle and the lobe centerline of where the intake and exhaust cams are installed. Thanks

Lobe's separation angle could be hard to meassure. You may try to recalculate it from firing order. Lobe centerline is easy...common.

Can I ask you for what You need it?

Left rear is 1, Left front is 2, Right rear is 3 and Right front is 4. Firing order is:
1-3-2-4
In crank degrees its:

Cyl #1 fires, then crank rotates 180deg
Cyl #3 fires, then crank rotates 250deg
Cyl #2 fires, then crank rotates 180deg
Cyl #4 fires, then crank rotates 110deg
Cyl #1 fires(back at the start)
