Speed limiter questions

What is the true limit set on the factory computer on a 2016? I ask because I was able to do some speed runs yesterday and at a indicated 145 on speedometer it seemed bike went soft. Was pulling like a train up till that point. Going to do x pipe and flash shortly.

That. i thought it was 142, but it does exactly as you describe. Allegedly.

I put the front windscreen on and I swear the bike is faster. That said while it’s still pulling hard past 145 now, the wind is eating you up. Aero it’s not.

Mine was limited to 143 mph, it's been reflashed by Woolwich and some other mods. Will pull over 180 on the GPS

Yamaha limited the top speed to 145 mph, a nod to the 145 Bhp produced by the gen 1 engine.
