stage 7 velocity stack fix.

since its wednesday and i don't have to go to work until april i made use of some air filters that we're laying around and got my velocity stacks back.

A bottom band to help center the air filter and some retention device and i will have fixed another problem that only exists in my head.

off every winter. we pave roads from april 1 to september 15. so i pick a mod monkey victim from the dream sheet every year. I was going to do my 85'but bought another victim 85' to molest.
I picked up some carrillo rods from a forum member the other day and scored a 17x5.5 wheel from john furbur today.
still need to decide on displacement.
