Would it be necessary to run a stage 1 jet kit with the slip -ons, K&N, and T-boost?

No, shim or remove your airbox "Y" and check your idle mixture screws.

I have the Trapp slip-ons. I don't yet have the K&N filter. When the OEM filter gets full of GA pollen, I'll probably go with a K&N. I will probably pass on the T-Boost...

I run 6 disks plus the open end caps. I have no problems with backfiring or any other indication of leanness. I haven't really noticed any performance gain from them either. Sure sounds faster tho... :rocket bike:

Got them installed last night, love the new sound! I can't wait to get out and ride if it would quit raining!!!

Just a question, can you retain the centre stand with the 'Trapps?

Yes, they are slip ons so they replace your exhaust cans.

"Slip on" is not accurate. Mine needed a hammer AND a bigger hammer. :bash0000: They sure do sound good tho!!!

Yeah, mine required some help from a hammer too!

Don't tighten the header bolts very tight, the mufflers will slip right on.
