Well, Im older now, still racing the R1's on the track, barely ride the street, but when I do, its scary. I just realized how bad my mirrors buzz, so bad in fact, I will cruise in 5th gear above mid range just to keep the buzzing to a minimum. any higher, mirrors are fricking useless. Short of solid motor mounts, different bars, frame brace, better front fork brace, steering head tite, tires balanced, what else can I do?

Solid motor mounts add to the problem.
A bar snake, filling the bar with sand/bb's/weight of some kind, bar end weights.
Check the motor mounting areas and make sure all the bolts are tight.

They used-to sell rubber/metal barrels to fit between the mirror and the handlebar fixture, for vibration reduction. I haven't seen 'em in a long-time, though. And, don't forget, Yamaha uses reverse-hand thread on one side.
